Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists inspect the return for authenticity and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
